Our migration processes are continuously checked for compliance with the requirements of §5 of the Federal German Data Privacy Law and scrutinised by our independent authorised data-privacy representative.
A sensitivity level is defined in writing for every migration project and signed by the independent authorised data-privacy representative. The setting of the sensitivity level can be raised by client-specific requirements, but not lowered.
Setting-up the project environment:
At the start of a migration project, the migration environment is set up in accordance with the defined sensitivity level.
Inventory of data carriers:
On receipt for archive migration, a standardised inventory is taken of all data carriers.
All data-carrier movements are recorded in the media history in accordance with the sensitivity level.
Project conclusion:
To conclude the project, the migration environment is deleted in accordance with the defined sensitivity level.
