ISO 27001 is an internationally recognized standard for evaluating the security of information and IT environments. It defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). An ISMS is a framework of policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical and technical controls involved in an organization’s information risk management processes.
ISO 27001 certification means for Spell GmbH a process-oriented approach for managing information security compliance, according to which the ISMS is being implemented, operated, monitored, reviewed, maintained and improved. The compliance requirements are being ensured in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability. Furthermore, all risks, that could lead to a security violation were being minimized or eliminated.
Through continuous improvement and adjustment we will always strive to meet the customer requirements to the highest degree. The certification, according to the international standard ISO 27001, proves, that the confidence of our stakeholders, concerning IT security and data privacy, is justified.
